Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and also meet the criteria below.

Note: We do not accept Returns on Customised Products except if the product is damaged or not as described in your order.

Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours from placing it by requesting it from our customer care before the order has been dispatched. After the product has been dispatched, Annsh will accept the returns & exchanges only in case of the product delivered is damaged in transit or not as described on our website.

You can request returns via Email/WhatsApp only. We will schedule return pickup request ourself. After receiving the return package, we will inspect it within 1-2 business days and issue a refund deducting the Shipping and handling fee within 5-6 business days once the package is received.

Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in case of online payments. In case of Cash on delivery, you’ll receive refund via UPI or Annsh Gift card.

In case of exchange request we will dispatch the replacement package or email an E-Gift Card of same value to shop from our webstore.

To raise a return request, we require,

  1. Receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Email/Phone number used while purchasing.
  3. Reason for returning or exchanging the product.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded and can only be replaced. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
